I know in the past it has been difficult to contact Hero Hoists QLD but this was due to several months of phone system problems which have now finally been rectified. Other problem's were unavoidable health problems. Please do not judge the company or the hoists, as these were all out of Hero Hoists QLD owners control. I have 2 of this companies hoists now and the service and hoists were 2nd to none. I would recommend this product any time.

Excellent service from the hero team and their installer Mitch. The hoist was supplied quickly and installed a few days after. Great quality and a very nice addition to store the money pit, I mean track car.

Great value hoist had it a couple of years now trouble free

We bought the spider 2500 about 4-5 years ago now and it’s the greatest thing we ever bought, well worth the money!! Unfortunately just recently we lent it to a friend for a few months who left it outside in the rain and it rusted internally causing one of the arms to cross thread when next used. We contacted Hero Hoists for a replacement part and Grant responded to us on the weekend to let us know he will look into it first thing Monday and true to his word Dave helped us source a new arm so we can fix it. We had to email/call back and forth a few times and Dave always responded promptly or called back when he said he would and just went out of his way to help us. He was just amazing! Will definitely buy from again if we decide to upgrade or need another and will recommend to all our car enthusiast friends and family!! Thank you Hero Hoists..

Hero Hoists are Awesome, purchased twice and both times had great service and experience. Good quality units andthe look great as well, tough hoists that can carry extra weight.
