I visited this store last week inquiring about a particular phone and the lady that was there was very helpful.Today I went into to purchase the phone and 2 different staff were there, and I was completely ignored while 2 sales people served one person and then as I waited, another customer came in and was served immediately. I waited 15 mins and was not acknowledged at anytime.Customer service was nil!I went to JB Hifi and was served immediately and could not ask for better service, more than I expected.

Genuinely happy with the service provided. Managing staff provided some great tips regarding the iPhone 14 Pro Max. They have the best price for phone cases and good quality screen protectors. Staff was funny and friendly and was diligently serving multiple people at once. Would definitely come back in the future for any phone related services.
