Brendon installed my blackvue gold front and rear dashcam and was friendly, helpful and professional. The installation was done efficiently at the arranged time and he went through the instructions thoroughly ensuring i knew exactly how to use it.

DO NOT BUY paint protection from them because it doesn't work.

I had my dashcam installed in Motorone Osbourne Park, WA. Who every installed the dashcam forgotten to install back the grummets because of this water leak in in the roof lining and destroyed it. They refused to take responsibility

Paid $1500 to Rockingham Mitsubishi for paint protection when I bought a new Triton back in 2014, made a claim after paint started to crack only to be told nothing would be done as I did not report it within 3 months according to a warranty I never received. Neither Rockingham Mitsubishi or Motor one wanted to know about it - Don’t pay for it, it’s an absolute scam.

Service was ok, although lied about redoing a ceramic coat on my car after being dissatisfied the first time. Said car would be done 3 hours after I dropped off. Definitely isnt enough time for a clean and proper ceramic coat which obviously meant they had no intentions of redoing it.Looked like they just cleaned and possibly polished the car, but was a very rushed job with a lot of the product still left on the side skirts and bumper.

Motor One were the company engaged by my Mitsubishi dealer to arrange window tinting for my new vehicle. There is no denying that organising tinting through the dealer is more expensive - but you are paying for the convenience.It wasn't until 13 months later that I realised there was an issue with the tint on one window, not seen unless the window was down as the defect was hidden by the door frame.Motor One (WA) were very good to deal with and helped to arrange for the problem to be rectified at no cost and by a local tint firm (Fremantle Tint-A-Car).I am very happy with their professionalism.

Will was very helpful and informative while fixing up my vehicle's dashcam. He ensured that I understood it's features and functions and took the time to help me set up the app.The office staff were also very friendly and welcoming; including when I needed to reschedule my booking due to getting a nail to the car tyre and needing to prioritise this.Thanks so much MotorOne and Will!
