I have been an Acuity customer for several years. Over my association with Acuity they have proven to be a totally professional and friendly business, completely focussed on addressing a variety of my specific needs due to my other personal medical issues such as elevated blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.Each visit leaves me feeling totally satisfied with the care I receive during my visit.I would sincerely recommend Acuity Eyecare (Wallan) to anyone needing any manner of specific eyecare.

Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly.All options were discussed. Was not pressured into anything sales wise.I haven't had an eye check for 6 years, so was a bit nervous about what tests might show. My concerns and needs were a priority for them, rather than sell you something you don't actually need.Highly recommend.

They didn’t rely on automatic machinery for the actual new script but went with discussion and hand lenses. This is probably more accurate as a problem with eye moisture was noted. I will then go into the business again, get new glasses and contacts.The Optometrist was excellent and very professional as are the customer service.
