Would not honour a battery warranty. RACV said the battery was 8.6V and that it was dead. Got a jump from RACV and went to shop where they wanted to test the battery for a couple days (got a loaner battery). Then they say it's perfectly fine. Hard to trust that battery now and bought new one elsewhere.Do NOT expect them to honour any warranty.

Great customer service and efficiency! Within 10 minutes of my battery not turning it on at work, I had called battery stop they had a battery and someone waiting for me for them to change it. Really simple and quick process I really appreciate it:)

Highly recommended. A young gentleman named Lauchie (apologies if spelt incorrect) assisted my Dad over the phone just before closing the day before Good Friday. Amazing customer service and helped us get a new battery just in time for the long weekend. Thanks again legend, you made my Dads day.
