JT Heating

We were wanting to choose and install a new quality wood heater. We went to one store and was told all of the wrong advice (defied logic) by a typical salesman who didn't even own a wood heater. We were shown around the showroom with very limited stock. He immediately tried selling the most expensive heater to us without even knowing the size of our house and started mentioning a 20% deposit. He seemed to not like my many questions, and when I asked where his heaters were made, he sheepishly said China. I went home phoned around and almost all seemed uninterested, lacked real knowledge on the products they were actually selling and most were just prissy salesmen who'd never had their hands dirty. All of this was quite demoralising as we were honest ready to purchase customers just wanting a quality product that suited our needs.I then found JT Heating. First thing I noticed was that they'd been installing woodheaters for over 20 years which immediately made me feel comfortable. I spoke to Jason and within 2 minutes of talking to this champion I knew he was our guy. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of his fantastic quality products, had time for any questions, and gave fantastic advice that logically made sense. The next day I went into the showroom and chose our heart of the house.Within a few short days they managed to install our awesome woodheater.The install went seamlessly and was completed within a couple of hours. The installers were extremely professional, neat and very polite. They were very experienced, had a can do attitude and took extreme pride in their work which is all very rare in this day and age. The were not rushed whatsoever even though it was late in the day and they didn't mind having our 2 little guys watching the install either.Consultation, honesty, knowledge, advice, patience, workmanship, efficiency, can do attitude, quality product 15/10.These guys know their stuff and they are all the most down to earth, friendly people I have dealt with in a long time. Jason and all the boys were absolutely great to deal with. They went above and beyond to ensure our wood heater was installed as it was a difficult job. I never felt as if we were inconveniencing them and Jason always took the time to explain everything in detail. I would 100% recommend!

Jason installed two inbuilt wood heaters for me about 12 years ago. The job result was excellent, so I kept his mobile phone number in case his services might be needed in the future.After constant use one of the heaters needed replacement so I called his number in the hope he was still in business.Without making ant problem, he had Tim and Bill call and replace the flue and heater. They made light of any difficulties, did an excellent job, and left the place clean and tidy.I have no hesitation in recommending J T Heating to anyone based on my multiple experiences. Peter
