Largs Bay parkrun
This course uses the shared walking/bike track which runs along the esplanade. The course is flat with an exception for a small incline at the second turn around point. Due to the course being straight it is an excellent course for those seeking a Pb.Was delighted when I went through the finish line with the RD ringing his cow bell and volunteer cheering me on. I'm grateful to the volunteers who miss out on their Saturday sleep in to make parkrun possible

Good for wellbeing and a good exercise, seen them while walking on Largs Bay walking trails. I guess you need to sign up for this event. Well done to all the organisers and members.

Great run for a pb, very few people compared to other beaches in SA and not too many pedestrians. The course is flat except for one hill at the end. Volunteers are lovely as always
