I don’t really wright reviews but I had to with this cafe, it was shockingPoor communication, not friendly at all, waited 30min for a milkshake that was pretty much just milk and the lady threw my sandwich in the bag. Don’t recommend smd to the lady that served us

3.3 out of 5. Nice street presence on a lovely day. The cafe was open to the street and had some nice outside tables as well. Our coffees were ok without eliciting superlatives. Service was charming. The cafe has a place for sure.

Terrible customer service. Won’t be returning ever. Lady who served us looks like she’d rather be anywhere else and barely said a word to us. Snatched the money out of my hand, no thankyou, nothing. Miserable. Didn’t even say goodbye or thankyou when tossing the drink at me.Only positive was the $9 shake we ordered tasted half decent, but was overshadowed by the complete lack of personality from her. The young guy at the counter was nice and pleasant.

After a big walk with my partner and our son we called in for coffees and some food. The lady who prepared our coffee was friendly enough, however the woman serving the food gave us the dirtiest looks (my 15 month old son included) and no customer service whatsoever. I have never come across someone so judgemental in my life. I am a local, have been for over 20 years and actually worked here as a teenager. It's a shame Blairgowrie isn't a friendly beach town anymore but a place full of sad, judgemental people who look down on you for no reason. Won't be back!

Great and easy Sunday breakfast.Staff so friendly food was so tasty. Feeling great sitting in this restaurant plenty of room between tables and a great outdoor seating area.Just having breakfast or looking for some awesome lunch meals this is the place.Looking forward to coming back.

Although the food was a little more simple compared to most other cafe's, it was a treat being here. The service was great and the chef went above and beyond to come out and check in on my pregnant wife about some items in the dish being cooked a little more for safety. Would definitely go there again!

5 stars because although limited choice, this place is just totally Aussie and authentic, and they really smile because they are good people. It's comfortable in a very laid back cafeteria style

Breakfast 31/12/21Beautiful spot and not as busy as you would think unfortunately the food was nothing special with tasteless eggs and a random salad with dressing on my breakie?Also so many muppets (customers not staff) not wearing masks, not that it is only the cafes responsibility but it does factor into the safety of the patrons. It was a constant theme down the Peninsula though, not isolated to Beach Box.
