Every time I’ve come into the store, I’m always greeted and asked if I need any help. If they are busy helping someone else they will still say hello and let me know they will be with me soon.The products are amazing. The bath bombs are my kids favourite. I’ve never come across bath bombs with such strong colour, that doesn’t stain the bath!The candles are long lasting and smell divine! They make my whole house smell without being overpowering.

I started off receiving a gift voucher a few years ago and now, my whole house is full of their high quality products.Visitors always comment on how beautiful the house smells.And not only are the products awesome, so is the Team that work there, it is always a great experience in-store.

Amazing customer service. Huge product range and products. Great value for money and everything has been beyond expectations. Team will bend over backwards to help their customers and make their day.Everyone that works there is so friendly and make my little girl feel like the most important person in the world when she is there. Absolutely love this shop! Adam and his wonderful team of employees are so wonderful at helping making the tough choice of finding the right scent. Nothing is too much trouble.The whipped soap is amazing. I love how soft my skin feels. I have reed diffusers in most rooms of my house and laundry liquid and crystals in my laundry. I use the multi-purpose spray in my kitchen and the shower steamers are great when I need to calm down or unblock a runny nose.Absolutely couldn't recommend this store more.....

Super friendly staff. Fast dispatch.Between purchasing both for myself & for gifts. Recipient’s are always blown away by the quality, scent and longevity of the products. The cleaning range has my home smelling incredible. The kids preferred bath bombs are the scent lab. Packed full of fun!Highly recommend The Scent Lab. For all of your home & gifting needs.

Beautiful smelling high quality products at a great price. There’s at least a scent for everyone with their wide range. Great store layout makes it easy to get around. Customer service is best I’ve had anywhere both online and in store. When ordering online items are always sent fast. Been a long time customer and watching this business grow has been an absolute pleasure.

Absolutely wonderful small business! The staff are all so lovely and helpful. The scent lab is the only place I will shop at for all my bath bombs and home fragrance needs. The shake n vac is absolutely fantastic and leaves the house smelling wonderful for so long.All the products this small business make and sell are top quality. They are such a wonderful team of staff who are 110% customer focused. 10/10 would recommend visiting or purchasing online.

The Scent Lab is amazing. Either online or person, I've always had a great experience. Even on their Facebook group, they're quick to reply to questions and always interact; the owner Adam especially when it comes to questions. I've gone in store multiple times now and I'm always greeted by friendly and amazing staff, and their scents and products are amazing. I can't say I love every scent, as everyone has preferences, but there are a few I adore (Black Raspberry and Vanilla, Strawberry Milkshake and Watermelon being a few) and I love the foaming sugar scrub, body wash and whipped soap.10/10, I 100% recommend this business.
