I had Nick from Westlake Pest & Termite come out to perform a pest/termite inspection when purchasing my house after being unimpressed with the first inspection company I used as part of the purchasing process. He provided top notch service and advice and set my mind at ease after termites were found in the yard but confirmed not affecting the house - this cemented my purchase decision.
