Does what any Woolworths does and does the same.Unless you shop between 3-5pm, then prepare to have your shopping experience violated by one of those tragic businesses who set up kiosks out the front of actual successful businesses so they can harass as you come and leave trying to peer pressure you into signing up to something or buying a ticket.

Rude customer service at the front desk when trying to exchange food that was not fresh. Michelle made me feel like I was a nuisance. I understood her frustration as it was busy but she could have been a bit nicer and more patient. So disappointing and unfortunately makes me not want to shop here anymore.

Highly recommend the Click n Collect service at Chancellor Park. The staff are very friendly and efficient, and provide great customer service, especially on weekends. No mistakes have been made with my orders. Loving using this service!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a Woolworths store. The woman at customer service was aggressive and angry towards anyone needing assistance. I noticed other staff also were not willing to help customers. Terrible.

It was good but it took quite a while to check out as it was busy and only one checkout was open so people were doing full trolleys in self serve.

Always seem to be out stock chicken frozen veggies,ect compared to other woollies sippy downs has less varieties of food and specials. When asked same answer under ordered or the covid excuse,,,,,,still. No offence to staff they are great , some one up top needs to get with the program and follow suit with other outlets.
