Just had a split system installed by Air Force, from first communication with David Piccoli, through to the installers and the electricians the experience couldn't have been better. The Daikin product is great and I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks for a great service

Had a 10kw daikin reverse cycle ducted installed in August 2021. Nothing but issues with the unit, it has damaged our ceiling but when the technician came out, he said “nothing is wrong, must be rain damage”. He came out in December and we have had barely any rain. This house is only 6 Months old and already has water damage from the air con. They then tried to charge me a $140 call out fee even though i just paid over $8000 to install it.There definitely is an issue now because everytime i use the air con the emergency pipe now drips.Cant even use the ducted.

Quoting for the ducted aircon kept going up in price not sure if the salesman was new as he kept leaving things off the quote so he would update the quote. I never got the final price as I got another quote done as I was feeling unsure at this stage, which came in under the quote of your company. Plus still haven't heard back from the solar man with a price which he said he could do without coming to my home.

After a very positive experience with an installation of a new system for a family member I contacted this company to book in a service for my own A/C and a proposal/quote for a new system. The person who took my call said she would pass on my details to the Scheduler who would call me. Still waiting...very disappointing and will find an alternative.

Overall a fairly positive experience. The sales person was knowledgeable and the air conditioning itself is working well.Communication on the day of installation was lacking. We were not informed that supplies would be delivered an hour before installation. Please use drop sheets! I had to strip all beds, vacuum and wash all floors after a long day at work. It would have been advantageous to know this before hand or the trades clean up after themselves.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Airforce. From our sales guy, the installers and the girls in accounts - the Team were great to deal with. Excellent communication, the installation team were on time and cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with the installation and our Daikin aircon. Great timing as it heats the house perfectly. Highly recommend Airforce for any heating and cooling needs – they were awesome.

Airforce Airconditioning were brilliant. Damien was extremely knowledgeable, arrived on time and was super friendly. The cost was also reasonable.The company that installed our air-con ceased trading a few years ago and Airforce was the only company that would come and take a look. 5 other places I called said that if they didn't install it they wouldn't service it.Their customer service was excellent and we will use no-one else in future.

Airforce installed our ducted Daikin air conditioning system nearly 5 years ago.Over the last few years, we've had a few minor issues with the system, but Airforce have always been great to deal with. They addressed our concerns and made sure we were happy with the end result.Their technicians are skilled at fault finding and didn't mess around guessing what the issue could be.We're happy with this company and will always use them again in the future.

Airforce Air-conditioning recently installed a brand new ducted reverse cycle system for us. Every person we dealt with was great from the initial consult with Peter who helped us to get exactly what we wanted, to all the trades people that arrived on the day for the install. I was amazed at the number of guys that came to do the job. Cannot fault the service at all from start to finish, I would 100% recommend.
