We visit this cafe every year and always have had a pleasant experience however yesterday the coffee was terrible, the wait time for a simple coffee was rediculous and the baristas were clearly inexperienced, you would think during such a busy time they would have people on the coffee machine that know what they are doing, however wasn't all bad we did have a beautiful persian love cake that was absolutely beautiful. We hope they can find a barista that is able to keep up with winter traffic before they lose more business as this used be a lovely cafe.

Christine and I stopped in for a takeaway coffee but ended up eating in. They made their own cakes, slices and food. Coffee was great and had rich flavour. The service was excellent and it had a very eclectic decor. Highly recommend stopping in.

Having grown up in the area, I have seen this business grow from strength to strength. I visited quite regularly because I love the Ona beans (though don't have to and could bypass), and the previous owners have always been very lovely and friendly.Yesterday I witnessed a young gentlemen of asian background, that spoke perfect English, clearly born and raised here, being treated as a second class citizen. He politely asked for Ona beans (obviously he must live locally?!?!), but was answered in a rude, arrogant manner. She even turned her back to him at one stage. He still continued being polite, thanked her after paying for the purchase and left. The next in line was a causcasian couple, and were treated with perfect customer service.I actually left after that incident, because this is not what this community is about. To the new owners, it's one thing changing coffee beans (many come to the place as we love that particular bean), but treating people differently because of who they are, definitely not advisable. Your business will suffer, so just have a think about why you are in hospitality, in a place where many tourists visit.

Great place to relax and enjoy probably the best coffee in the Snowy Maintains.Excellent menu with so many delicious choices. But there's more than that. Modern with a taste of Country, courteous staff and great barista.I hang in there at 53 so why not try for yourselves.

Four and a half stars. An above-average strong flat white, made with care using Ona Coffee beans. The vanilla slice (aka snot block") clearly wasn't made today but was tasty and relatively fresh. The staff all seemed really engaged and friendly/welcoming. I'd recommend this as a place to visit if you're heading to/from Jindabyne."

Pretty good experience here, friendly and hip cafe/restaurant with good coffee and baguettes. Baguette bread was soft and fantastic. Prices are above average and cold drinks are particularly expensive. Food portions are small.

This lady makes the best special occasion cakes on the planet (check out the photo of the Louis Vuitton handbag she made my mother for her 70th!) and now the cafe she has opened in Berridale displays the same attention to detail!

We heard an ad on the radio driving to Jindabyne and called in to try the coffee. Very tidy shop with an excellent fit out with indoor and outdoor area. The coffee and food was excellent and the owner 'Rachel' and her staff we extremely friendly. Service was great! We will be dropping in regularly now on our way to the snow. Plenty of parking adjacent to the shop and amenities across the road. Awesome experience!

Busy little cafe and unfortunately never had the opportunity to sample the food. The coffee is fantastic though and the staff are very welcoming. Great cafe that punches well above its weight for a small town.

Nice little spot for a coffee and some food. Nicely set up, great for reading the paper and having a nice time inside or on the nice outdoor tables in the sun. Only had coffee and some cakes/pastries. Coffee was good, they use ONA beans. Cakes not bad.
