I feel that all sessions built upon the other, with consistency in the content and time for reflection. Excellent Day.This has been the best business training we have ever attended. So grateful to be part of TGC - yes we are tired because it is an intensive, but we are now so motivated and focused to move ahead with our plan for the next 90 days. I joined TGC in Nov 2019 and was with them for 20 months! I certainly learnt lot more than I did in last 20 years.Just understanding the psychology behind business functions (why, how and what we do) and implementing some proven methods have benefited me significantly. GAME CHANGERS by name and nature. Ive been with the gamer changers now for 2 months. After many years of struggling in a 3rd generation business. Not knowing what I should really be focusing on and just treading water to keep the doors open, I now have a plan. I clear path with bite sized steps to get me to where I want to take my business. Update 2 Years in - I have grown so much as a person, a leader, a communcator within my business and at home, and my Business is in a significantly better place. The coaches are great and I still love the TGC community that help me so much but I am also more confident to be a contributor to the TGC community and my own local community.... The Journey continues with Progress over Perfection.Wow, I didn't realise how much I didn't know, even though I knew there was some. The GAME Changers in a short period of time have shown me simple tools and techniques to measure things, processes on how to decide what i need focus on now and how to influence them.
