GMX Motorbikes

I have brought a quad, 90cc motor bike and an electric car for my kids. I also got 3 helmets and 2 neck braces. Haven't had any issues. They were great! I paid to have them assembled. They were fine. One part on motor bike broke and they replaced it straight away.Couldn't be happier. I dont have a photo of motor bike as its hidden away for my sons birthday

I hate giving companies bad reviews but GMX Motorbikes gave me no choice!Worst Customer service! Once they have your money, they don't care about you at all. Told me my order will be available within the week and its now week 3, Asked to cancel order as its taking way too long to be shipped charged me $80! To cancel.Tried to explain my situation but they just did not care at all. I mean if the product was shipped already fair enough, charge me but VERY POOR SUPPORT. Great example of an unethical company. And won't respond to emails.The lady that spoke to me over the phone just did not care at all about what i had to say.

Maybe 6 weeks before Christmas 2020, I called GMX regarding a quad bike for my 5 year old as a Christmas Gift. I was informed that they were short of available stock as shipments had delayed but demo's were available to view. I visited the store with my son and decided his gift.A few weeks later, I was informed that the due shipment was going to be in the next day. I made my way there in the hope of buying a 50cc or 70cc kids quadbike.Having being assisted throughout, I ended walking away with a quad bike more than twice the engine size and price. But absolutely no regrets, assembly was effortless, it started on first press of the ignition button and its working fine. The battery was a little faulty and I informed them of so, and that was almost immediately replaced free of any charge.Even on inquiring on spare parts for other quad bikes I own, that are not GMX, the response and details provided via email is excellent.Having purchased and interacted with a few similar suppliers over the years for quad bikes and pit bikes. I'd say, Go Easy & GMX have been far more professional than others. At least for me.

Be very careful people. Their warranty is not worth the paper its written on. They're happy to take your money in exchange for some cheap imported product. They're also happy to take your money again to fix it with their 'parts-only' warranty - yes - they'll charge you $50-60/hr to fix a product they supplied your defective... wow. Seriously, be wary, especially if buying online - if you can't drive to their factory I can only imagine the pain you'll go through trying to make good your purchase if its defective.

BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!! Do not trust this company, spent close to $3000 for a Buggy 2 uses later and it was no longer working. 2 months after giving them the motor told it was our fault because we didn't clean the filter after each use so was not covered under warranty. Paid for Labour and Materials for repair. Used the Buggy once and then it started making noise so took it back to repair, 2 months later was charged $150 hour plus parts $350, on the phone told we put the motor on incorrectly and this caused the issue and the mechanic would show us what was done incorrectly when we picked up the buggy. When picking up the buggy the story changed and accused of putting a different motor on bike for repairs. Never called to confirm that we wanted to pay for the repairs just did it and we had no choice but to pay. BEWARE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO WARRANTY IT IS ALWAYS YOUR FAULT

Was going to buy a kids dirt bike but after reading the reviews not a chance in hell staying right away, sounds so dodgy!

Nothing negative to say at all. Great service and honest advice. next day pick-up. The bikes are a Chinese motorbike, and not Japanese, so expectations were already quite low. 4-stroke 125 is a very pleasant surprise.Well tuned, started first kick. Sounds like a Honda XR or yesterday year.I couldn’t be happier.Why pay $4500 when same result for &1050.Great work guys

What I want to know it's why Do you reply only to those who give you great reviews But not to the people who've given you bad reviews don't you wanna know why they've given a bad review? To me it's all about defending my companies name and reputation!?

Terrible customer service, bought a brand new bike motorbike for my son for his 8th birthday, arrives with the box covered in motor oil, no big deal nothing a wash won’t fix. After assembling the bike it does not start. doesn’t even attempt to start. Took it back to them apparently nothing they could do. They had no stock of the bike left and would not agree to refund me the money I spent. Would not recommend this company to anyone. and I’ll be contacting consumer affairs and the ombudsman regarding this matter
