Rockingham Warnbro Laundromat

What a terrible business, stole my money and my pet blanket came out worse than it started. It also came out of the pet dryer still wet. Who has the time to chase up money for being overcharged, I feel like this business intentionally does this in the hopes that most people don't have time to complain. Go elsewhere unless you want to be scammed.

Not happy at all front loaders do not spin clothing out properly and dryers on high 2× load cost $14 just to dry

only 4 washing machines were working the day i came in and than the one i was using decided to stop working half way through my load, basically everything was out of order, should’ve taken that as a sign, called management and nothing. i guess that’s what i get for coming to a place like this. disappointed to say the least.

Have bulky queen sized doonas. They were grubby and stained. Too big for my home sized machine.Telephoned to ask about how I could use their machines. Chose their pick up and drop off service. I am delighted with the results. My old bedding has come back looking like brand new. Owners, a husband and wife team are the most polite and helpful people you could deal with. I highly recommend this service..

Great laundromat, well maintained, snack machine dispenses change from $5, $10 and $50 notes (you don't need to buy anything). It has a TV and remote (located on top of snack machine).

If you put your money in the detergent machine you just lose your money and get no detergent. I wish there was a sign saying Empty". I had to go to the servo for coins and that was another debacle... If someone could maintain the place that would be great. But at least it's still operating. Our laundromat in Baldivis just closed down."

Had a few small dog blankets to wash (do this monthly so they arent even filthy). 3 of the 4 top loaders are out of order so I put them in the only one left. I ended up putting them through 2 cycles and Im sure theyve come out worse than they went in. Put them in for a 3rd cycle in a different machine and same result. They are still in need of actual washing so I will take them to my normal laundromat behind HJs in Rockingham that has them perfectly clean in 1 wash.I also put $6 into a machine for a $5 wash and got no change back (3 times). This laundromat is in need of some serious maintenance, attention and an upgrade. Avoid if you can. Even the 1 star was generous just to warn others

Everything is fine apart from there is no coin machine.
