Exquisite Brows & Spa Bankstown

I have previously used their service and it’s been ok. However, I entered their shop twice in the last 3 weeks both times I left with no service. They only have one staff who stops work at 4pm and refuses to serve even though the closing time is 5pm. This store is better suited to run from a home rather than a store where service is never available.

The absolute worst place to ever get a lash lift in Bankstown.  There is only one employee who is obviously ignorant of the services offered by the store. I went to this shop a couple of weeks ago because I wanted a change and requested a simple lash lift. I was asked to lay down for more than an hour by the woman there so that the procedure could be completed. At first, everything seemed OK, but then the lash adhesive began to spread towards my eyes, which was really uncomfortable. When I discovered that she had trimmed my lashes without asking and had done a terrible job curling them, she had charged me $70. No amount of mascara can lengthen them to their former length. It's very disappointing, and I'm hoping that my store-bought eyelash serum would help them grow back to their previous size. I cannot suggest this location enough; I am extremely dissatisfied!

Pretty disgusting service first time walking and and the last time. Asked for a eyebrow wax and the girl told me she can't do it because she's doing a facial I said that's fine when should I come back and she told me with a shrug that no point because she's going to be too long lol now I get why the girl who walked out just before I came I walked out very frustrated she must of rejected her aswell get yourself some new workers I was I the shopping centre for a while and seen no customers in there lol no wonder why

Amazing! I got my eyebrows shaped, threaded and laminated here. I had never had this done before and was a little scared but Jyoti the beautician here was so kind and helpful and did a fantastic job. I was so happy and will definitely come back. This place is amazing. Thank you Jyoti!

It's 9:03 and not open. This is the third time I have come here and it is never open at 9am as advertised on Google.

I have been coming here to get my eyebrows waxed for a while now and they never disappoint I highly recommend this place. I did my brows for the first time in months a couple days ago and the results are as amazing as ever

I got my lashes done here in late November and I will never go back. Firstly I asked how long it would take and was told just over an hour. I explained I need to leave in an hour and a half AT THE LATEST and she said no problem you will have plenty plenty time. The woman started doing my lashes and had the worst breath I have ever experienced. 20 mins into it she answered her mobile phone and was sitting behind my head talking to a telecommunications company (I think it was Optus) about yet another failed attempt to connect the nbn at her home (3rd time) because this time they said they could not get access due to building etc etc. She moved into the adjacent room and argued with them for about 10 MINUTES while I just laid there waiting with my eyes taped closed. She came back to me and did a bit more then went out of the room again and made a call to the building manager and spoke to them for another few minutes or so. Then she called the telecommunications company back and was on hold for ages but had put the phone on the bed right next to my ear and did some more of my lashes. She kept blowing profusely on my lashes to dry it quicker while she was doing them. Her breath was absolutely rancid – I felt like puking. Then someone came on the phone and because she had it on speaker it blared right in my ear scaring the hell out of me and made me jump. It’s bad enough that their salon is so small and you can hear all the activity noise of the large shopping mall (Bankstown Central) let alone her talking on the phone constantly and then relaying it all to another worker (in another language – she was Indian I think) it’s all overwhelming when you are literally blindfolded and there is so much noise and activity all around you as you lay vulnerable. All I kept thinking of was HURRY UP!! Well I walked out of there 1 hour 40 minutes later – I was so late. No apology or anything for the worst customer experience I have ever had.Also I told her I only ever have 2d lashes in the medium length because I have very fair and fine lashes. But she put 4d lashes on and they were so heavy that they started falling off the very next day and turning sideways. I have had lashes many times and always get at least 4 weeks out of them, but not this time. I had a big noticeable gap in the middle of one eye a week later – it was so bad.My tip is DON’T EVER GO THERE!!!!!!

I like service of people there specially the person named rekha I got eyebrow service from her many times and I like her work very much. Amazing work what she is doing. She does nt bother about time no matter how much time consumed on customer she i s always happy to spend but provide wood quality service. I prefer her for everyone.

I've been coming to the same lady for years and not once have I been unhappy. She is always sweet and a perfectionist in her line of work. Also I've been to other people and places for threading but she is the only one that does a job with little to no pain. I'm all for threading over skin burning and pulling waxing much healthier for my skin.
