I was looking for a place to rent for months but wasn't having any luck. Had no rental history which made it very hard but the staff at country lane gave us a chance and we as a family are grateful. Also whenever there is an issue they prompt to look into it so thanks country lane staff.Especially Sabrina!

The Property managers for rental have no idea what they are doing. I have had to make multiple NCAT listings on them to get any justice. They further dont believe in legislation and feel they can do as they please. Rent from this agent at your own risk. Watch out for camera crazy Wanda Hazzard or the un skilled property manager Nicole Burke. You will get the joys of having them and your actual landlord visit as they please.My Google review advise is to find a bigger more reputable agent for both your investment and sales matters. Avoid this one people, half their clients are known to them personally. The owner of the Agency is a reasonable man when you talk with him but his certain staff members are just not up to speed with legislation.As a former tenant in dispute with country lane i give this review after 18 month tenancy.
