I was very happy with the professional treatment received from Nerrida and her colleagues. Nerrida explained in detail the procedure and the utilisation of modern equipment and vast knowledge of the issues was important to me. The results were excellent and I am now hearing more clearly. Went to ihear after having ear problems for a few months. Everyone was amazing from the lady at the front desk, to the 2 doctors that helped me diagnose my hearing loss issues, they went out of their way to phone me after to make sure I was able to get into a GP, sent me information for a local ENT, and we’re so quick and efficient with everything. Not only did they know they’re stuff! But they just put in so much extra with kindness and help. Thankyou!!

This was my first follow up appointment, after a recent purchase of the hearing aids c/- of IHEAR.They were as professional, and helpful as they were, when I had my very first initial appointment. Great team to deal with, highly recommend. Mike.

Excellent service , very professional, I can now hear like I used to when I was younger. I was reluctant at first as I was happy the way things were. I did not realise what I was missing out on until I got my hearing aids. It has changed my life. Thank you Lyndon, Mauritz and the wonderful ladies Nerrida, Sharon and Dianne at Port Macquarie and I am now able to see you in Laurieton. I would highly recommend ihear to anyone. Don’t leave it too late to do something about your hearing as you could be missing out on so much.
