Staff are very friendly and professional. I was served immediately and didn't have to wait for longer than 1 minute for my car to be assessed. RACV informed me the assessment would take 20 minutes. The staff are very efficient, so the assessment took less than 10 minutes. I was given an appointment date and D.J & M.L. Panels then provided all the assessment details to RACV. There is a comfy couch to relax on if there is a wait. The waiting area has a comfortable atmosphere.

Everyone was very friendly. Dropped the car in and they ran me back home and picked me up when the car was ready. I was told to expect it home Friday but it was ready a day earlier. It looks fantastic.

Had a part painted here not to long ago and as nice as the team here was , the paint job was not amazing and already started to come off cause they skip a few steps that I apparently had to be more specific on , so if you do choose to use their service just make sure your specific enough as to what you want cause apparently I want u to sand the down and paint it just means a quick once over and paint

Went to see them about wheel restoration. They don't do it themselves, but they advised me of where to go and got me the phone number. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Great service.
