Matt towed our large 5th wheel caravan rig into town after a drive shaft uni failure. His wife came out in her own car and drove my cold wife and I back to their depot and plugged us into power for the night. Next morning was Saturday, but unbelievably they found a new universal for our 40 year old vehicle locally. By lunchtime we were able to say our sincere thanks and goodbyes to these wonderful people. True service well above and beyond expectations.

Stranded on a hill opposite double lines, on a Sunday late afternoon. Matt was the only towie who said yes to our insurance company. Clutch burn out. Took our 7.5t motor home back to his yard, where we were able to sleep. Monday morning a new clutch would be overnight from Sydney. Tuesday morning, out with the old and in with the new. Then he hopes to have us on our wayCannot speak highly enough of Matt and his family, wonderful people.

Rang for assistance but they were to busy out shooting rabbits. No help from these people at all. Did not even have the decancey to call me back. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Very poor service from a business that offers 24 hour service.
