Sportsgirl Maroochydore

Still a strong 4 stars. The red bench to sit on is still available but has been moved to the corner of the store so there is less foot traffic going past, very good placement if you ask me. However a little disappointed as there was a stand of hand bags cluttering one end. But still a good place to sit while the misso does her thing.

Was not satisfied of Nicole’s Customer Service at Maroochydore. I approached her for help and I got none of those “Hi, how are you” or “sure how can I help you”. She stood there and stared at me like she was waiting for me to talk more. When I told her I need help with an item size in other stores she spoke to me without manners. Neutral tone, like “im not in the mood talking to anyone” kinda voice. When she told me the size wasn’t available at the store I asked, she didn’t even say, sorry that we couldn’t find the size or at least offer other stores in Brisbane, or offer online ordering? I work at a retail store and this is not how customer service should be. It was a bad timing as I just got off work, I went to the store, approached her nicely then suddenly experienced that. It ruined my mood and I was extremely disappointed.

Disappointing customer service :( I agree with the other reviews about rude staff and arrogance- if you want to shop at Sportsgirl try Kawana or Brisbane stores. I dealt with Aimee who was very rude, no customer service skills. She also shortchanged my refund by $39.95.

I work in the plaza and shop a lot on my breaks but this is by far my favourite store to visit! The manager and the rest of the lovely team are super helpful 100% of the time and i feel extremely looked after every time I need a hand with anything. If you are just there for a browse or in need of something specific I recommend popping in :)

5 stars for the Maroochydore Plaza store for it's great displays, clean store and amazing, friendly and professional staff. The staff honestly are a massive, massive standout. Any staff I've dealt with there are always so genuinely lovely and helpful, and so professional. Really makes the experience fantastic. Thanks again to the always lovely staff.

Very arrogant staff, need high time customer service skills

Went in recently with my daughter, who was in a terrible mood as she didn’t make the dance team, so took her in for a treat to help cheer her up. The staff here were so helpful and kind and really helped my little girl forget about dance. Wicked guys 10/10
