Really great customer service. Salesperson was authentic and gave proper advice. Ended up not buying what we came in for because of the honest feedback and service. Will definitely go back next time.

I was abused by Matt from Ozzie Workwear in the store in front of other customers and staff members for bringing more shirts in for printing and adding additional work. Last time I checked this is what businesses do. You tell a business what you want, you pay for the work and they do what you asked. In a bizarre crazy twist I was blamed for him having to come to work when he was sick. Since then, no apologies, no call back NOTHING. I now have to chase them up for money I paid them without receiving the product or service. I have since gone elsewhere and have received far superior service and products and in a much more timely manner. I got what I needed done elsewhere in 2 days which would have taken Ozzie Workwear almost 2 weeks to complete. Ozzie Workwear appear to be a jack of all trades but a master of none. My advice to others is to seek out a local business that specializes in printing and embroidering to get a far better quality product and service. Ozzie Workwear need to stick to just selling workwear and not abusing customers when they are having a bad morning and can't deliver.

Went in to buy scrubs and safety shoes today. Amazing customer service by Hayley. She could not be more friendly or helpful. Thanks for a great experience.

I went in to get some lightweight work shorts as TWW didn't have much stock. I was very happy with the customer service and knowledge from the floor staff and will definitely be back for more gear.
