My mates and I had the best day riding at Fox Creek, riding the brand-new Specialized E Bikes.The service was excellent. As we were from NSW & TAS and only there for one day. Another company that we originally booked with totally forgot our bikes. So we approached Will Ride. Not only they supplied us with excellent E bikes at late notice they also waited several hours for us to finish riding as they normally close the store.Totally recommend Will Ride E Bikes to get the best experience at Fox Creek.

Super happy with the service and friendlyness of everybody in the shop! Chill vibe and thanks Nathan for getting an awesome deal on my Levo! He was happy to listen to me about bike setup too which was a great help. Can’t recommend enough. And letting me not only sit on different sizes but take them for a ride was a great help!

My experience with the team at Will Ride has been very positive. I was always made to feel welcome; nothing was any trouble and my questions were never considered silly or dumb. Team members were always generous with their time, providing prompt attention and showing a willingness to answer my questions and to resolve issues with my new bike. All of the team have created a welcoming atmosphere in store.In the week before Christmas 2021, my car was rear ended. My new e-bike from Will Ride and my bike rack were write offs. The team at Will Ride have been incredibly helpful with my insurance claim and in trying to find another suitable bike. After several hours of discussions a solution was found and an order placed for a new bike. Covid has impacted supply and options significantly and Adam in particular has been fantastic in his efforts to get me back in the saddle.

A little while ago I was very fortunate to work with the team at Will Ride to choose my first E-MTB.They spent A LOT of time with me, I'm very aware of how much time I took deciding on the right bike.I was blown away with the time and attention they took helping me, from test rides to component discussions, they understand that it's a significant investment and make sure you get exactly what you want.After 1 million iterations we found the right bike for the job.I can't thank Matt & Dave enough for the hours of conversations & rides not to mention the team that built the bike when all was said and done!

Wanted to get my Fox X2 shock serviced without shipping it anywhere. Rang the guys at WR, made a booking, dropped the shock off the day before the booking and it was ready for pickup with a report (including pictures of the shock dismantled etc) by 2pm the day of the booking.The shock feels great, the customer service was even better and I dont miss out on a ride on the weekend because they got the job done when they said they would!Highly recommend!

The team at WillRide are legends! Super friendly and approachable. Massive thanks to Nathan for helping me out with a new bike and getting my dad on a hire ebike across the XMAS break!
