just went to pool power to ask how to change the globe to the pool light the rude woman behind the desk said are you and account holder i said no well i cant help you i said i bought the lights from pool power she would not even listen to what i had to say about how to change the globe well i will make sure when i build my next pool my pool builders do not use pool power at kent town for any equipment all she had to do was ask someone to have quick look at my photo of the light but no it was too hard for her to do she said go to a pool shop for advice which i did before going to pool power at kent town the woman at the front counter needs to be retrained how to deal with people
