I will share my experience with optima cleaners . When I had them booked . They cancelled on the morning of inspection .I gave them a second chance . I paid the cleaners an extra 250 to do a deep clean so they said . Now 3 weeks on no bond returned. Promised to get cleaners back . As stessful as moving house is dealing with optima cleaners is twice as bad . If there was a minus star i would pick that .

I came across Optima Cleaning while searching for reliable deep cleaners in Sydney. I was convinced to go with them for the professionally, great price and amount of information they could provide me with on the phone on how they clean.Joey came to my place and not only was she extremely professional and cleaned excellently, she even helped me by giving me tips and product to clean things that I was currently working on since we just moved in. she was so polite and kind! I suggest her really to everyone!
