Poor communication, took $40 express fee 1-2 days but didn’t deliver for over 1 week. No tracking information until 3 days after good despatched. No indication on their internal tracking goods were sent. No answer on phone twice. Emails not very well answered, one email said sent tomorrow, clearly not true. Wished I’d read the reviews here before purchasing.

QNAP is the best product and they offer the best prices but the delivery service is so slow. My order has been marked for picking for 5 days now and still no advise as to when it might finally get shipped. The goods always turn up but don't order from them if you need it in a hurry
