A one rating is too much for a tour that was cancelled 5 minutes prior to meeting time. I phoned them direct after paying $10 for parking and was told they were just about to phone me. The weather was going to turn bad and they can't control the weather (downright lie). I'll post photos of the perfect glass out conditions (5-10 knot winds). One of the captains 'Donna' saw my FB post and said she was angered and sorry that we were told that excuse. Aparently they had motor problems they'd been trying to sort out and told me we should have been told about the cancellation much earlier. Other operators were posting images and talking of perfect glass out conditions with plenty of whales. My advice, go with a larger tour company that's been around for a long time.

Never again....My husband and I went on the recommendation from some friends who recently went and feedback . I was really excited to go.......However the boat/rubber dingy we went on certainly wasnt the larger vessel our friends went on and in simple terms it was just like riding in a rubber dingy. The trip was really ocean rafting & speedboat racing without wearing lifejackets with passengers at risk of being thrown out of the boat due to the velocity. All 6 passengers got totally and utterly drenched.. as the Captain Donna said ..Oh you did get smashed"...It was exhuastingly uncomfortable. Total waste of $99.00 and 4 hours . Totally and utterly disappointed. ...My advice. Choose very very wisely before you choose which operator you book with...Bitterly disappointed and dissatisfied"
