Harlow Day Spa

Was booked in for a massage and the therapist didn’t show up for it.I was 5 mins early and waited 20 mins but still hadn’t been properly served.Non of the therapists could get in contact with her and I didn’t want to wait any longer.Worst experience and not good vibes. Very unprofessional and the girls don’t look professional at all.

Terrible experience at Harlow day spa. I went to get my eyebrows waxed before my wedding.. I said that I liked them thicker. The beautician went ahead and waxed them incredibly thin.. did not pluck any extra hairs away and it looked horrendous. It’s so disappointing that just before my wedding I have no eyebrows!! Also left wax all on my eyebrow that was incredibly difficult to get off. If your going to charge 40 dollars for an eye brow wax it needs to be much better than that..

Worst spa experience I’ve ever had! I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed. I purchased a couples package that included a foot spa which was performed while laying on the massage table, which was already an uncomfortable position. When my feet were removed from the bucket of water the girl started laughing at my feet! So unprofessional !! The girl was also sick and was sniffling the whole time which made it very uncomfortable to relax without feeling like I was going to also get sick.

Went to Harlow day spa , and from the minute I walked in I felt relaxed . Natasha was so professional and went above and beyond with her services . I received a facial and collegan mask . Felt relaxed the whole entire time . Will be back and would recommend 10/10

I have had a number of treatments and massages at Harlow Day Spa. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy, the team are very helpful and ensured my experiences were relaxing and goid value for money. Highly recommended.

The most Devine and delicious day ever. I was treated to a full day of pampering. I’ve been treated head to toe. Polish package, (my favourite) teeth whitening, Balinese foot soak, pedicure, collagen led calming facial. Recommend you book yourself in as soon as possible. I feel like a new person. Thank you for a beautiful day Natarsha. I loved it all.

*edited 23.3.22*In December 2021 My mum had a Hush Treatment and did not feel relaxed nor enjoy the massage.The music is too loud and was mentioned during the massage saying it sounds like a vacuum cleaner and the therapists reply was omg you shouldnt have said that now i can't unhear it.I'm utterly disappointed as my mum did not feel relaxed and the treatment did not go for the advertised 2 hours. There was no care shown in the massage or facial, there was no pampering!I got in contact with Harlow Day Spa and spoke with the manager and spoke with the owner. She offered us a complimentary Treatment to be done by her... long story short the owner wasn't able to do the treatment and the therapist who initially did the treatment said she was doing it. They couldn't get hold of the owner and mum declined as she felt too uncomfortable having the same therapist do the treatment.The below response from the owner states we are trying to sabotage her business, this is untrue as all we have done is given an accurate account of the events. I have edited my review to remove the therapists name and interactions with the owner.If someone writes an honest review that a business isn't happy with that's a reflection on the business not the person writing the review.I do not recommend Harlow Day Spa.
