I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked into the store. I was greeted so warmly by the staff member and I felt comfortable straight away.I tried on a heap of hats and it never felt like I was a pain, I was given great advice and also learnt about the history of the company.Sadly I didn’t get the staff members name but she was incredible, and an assest to the company. She made me a loyal customer through her outstanding customer service.Paying a bit extra to support the Will and Bear team is worth every dollar.

Have had my eye on this brand for a while now as I am after a hat for both day to day work on the farm and outdoor adventures. The store was great, I particularly liked the fit out and attention to detail! The staff were super helpful with sizes and what looked best on my head. Overall I walked away stoked with my new hat purchase! Would recommend.
