I love this shop! VERY helpful & friendly staff. Unfortunetly there is a small step at the entrance and a slide door so it's not wheelchair accessible but once inside, there is a small ramp which is good. Thin aisles but wide enough not to knock any of the fantastic instruments. Lots of unique items from time to time which is great. Reasonable prices, too. I recommend it

I went to buy a violin bridge. They told me they are not available to fit the bridge for me and recommend me to find a violin maker to get it fitted. They didn't just sell me the bridge with knowing I can't fit it properly by myself. They are honest and professional. Definitely will do business with in the future.

So friendly and the guy staff went out of his way to find what we needed. It's really well priced as well. They have test instruments for basically every instrument they sell which keeps you entertained during the visit.
