The girls at Adorn are amazing! Nouha was able to help fit me in on a super last minute appointment in the middle of the day. Being my first time getting male laser brazilian they all made me feel super comfortable to ease my nerves. Kirsty the technician was great, made the session fun and enjoyable considering the pain, extra star for taking away any awkwardness as you can imagine!

This place is a scam. They made me believe it is effective and in my best interests to get full body lasered every TWO weeks, I had to pay $250 for it only to not work and make my hair grow back stronger. Lasered by lazy teens who were too busy texting and speaking with air Pods. I have gone to a dermatologist and other laser clinics who all in fact confirmed that two weeks is not even within the time frame that new hair grows out and is never done even on women/men with aggressive hair growth (3 weeks being the MINIMUM) Money thirsty business will never recommend them. I even asked them every time if I can come in every 4 weeks as the finances and time frame were distressing me, and they kept saying No I needed to come in every 2 weeks. I cannot believe how much money they stole from me.

Absolute scammers!Unfortunately adorn clinic lied to me saying laser hair removal sessions should be done every 2 weeks to kill the hair quickly.. but that's far from true. You're meant to wait 4 weeks to let the hair grow a bit so you can laser it.. not just laser the skin with no hair. You guys offer 'cheaper' session prices but lure people into coming back again for more sessions as the goals are not met due to improper waiting time between each session. My results are horrible and I would strongly not recommend males going for a full body laser hair removal at adorn laser clinic. So disappointed.Update: after contacting the manager.. they do not want to refund me and give me another 6 sessions free of charge.. instead they want me to pay for more sessions to fix their own mistakes. it's not the manager's fault but the owner who is greedy. The owner did not even contact me 1 on 1 but allowed the manager to communicate with me. You do not act in the best interest of the customer at all as you claim.

I’ve been going here for laser for almost 3 years. I suffer from PCOS and have been so self-conscious about my face. Since going to Adorn my hair problems have improved so much that I’m now finally able to confidently go places without caking my face with makeup.My recent session was with Kristy and she’s been able to focus on the tiny bit of stubborn hairs I have left. It’s been two weeks and they’re practically gone. Thank you so much Kristy!I also understand that it’s a regular upkeep because my hair growth is based on my hormone levels but the change has done so much for my self esteem and has changed my life for the better. It’s also a bonus that the ladies at this clinic are so amazing, kind and friendly. I don’t mind taking that 15min a month out of my schedule to focus on myself (mum of two boys and work full time lol)

I had fat freezing sessions at Adorne, unfortunately they have no idea about it. They are not professional at all. I kept asking them to measure every time, they couldn’t find the measurement, they didn’t record, they couldn’t find all the data! It was a disappointment. They said at the beginning, they have nice rooms with tv and internet, while I am doing my sessions I can watch but no internet, no connection, every time they had stories! Never will go back and I am not recommending! Wasting of money!
