Elite Portables

I've been in my Elite 'tiny house' for more than a year and love it. The team at Elite were solutions focused for all my requests. I had a really awkward spot to deliver it to - Elite looked at it from all angles and got it done.

I highly recommend Elite Portables. We used them for our granny flat and could not be happier, it was delivered on time and finished off nicely.

Bought a two year old building. Second owner. Leaked from the roof and every window and door. After sales is non existent. Supervisor failed to answer calls and emails. Look up elite in the dictionary, this description is not them.

Save yourself the dramas.Forked out $180k for a custom designed tiny home. Constant delays to start with but the worst was to come. After delivery we found numerous issues with build quality and processes. Some examples.1. A bathroom incorrectly waterproofed, no puddle flanges for penetrations. The bath secured for transport using a metal strap and temp screws through the membrane.2. Shower and bath with visible scratches.3. VJ board not installed IAW manufacturing standards. Cracks at sheet joins due no backing board.4. Damaged exterior panels.3. Incorrect roof overhang for gutters. Roof sheets pretty much butt against outer gutter lip. Gutter was a joy to install....not.4. Door and window flashing not correct to avoid water ingress.5. Toilet not installed correctly, well it was installed but someone cut the doughnut seal between the bowl and cistern in half so when it flushed it went all over and under the toilet.6. Toilet light switch...behind the door in the toilet...very helpful. Door also not on lift off hinges.7. Floor penetrations in bathroom made in incorrect spots.8. Missing inclusions that had to be chased up.Took around 3 months just to get the damaged exterior panels fixed after numerous phone calls and emails. I get that they are under the pump with orders but maybe wind back production and focus on quality. When I flush the toilet on a brand new plumbing signed off" house I expect it to not gush all over my feet. Ballpark cost to fix these is myself was around $3000 in time and supplies

We purchased our Elite Portable last year and are very happy with it. Along the way a few issues popped up as things do when you build, but this was discussed & fixed promptly. Special mention to Teaguen & Shane for their excellent customer service (during the build & after).I would recommend Elite Portables. A good solid product with good quality finishes.

Fantastic finished product me and my wife couldn’t be happier always prompt reply’s on any inquiry we had during the build process from all the office staff right down to the final delivery with phill and his lad could not recommend ELITE PORTABLES enough

Excellent services and worked with me to tailor our little home to meet our needs. No issue was unfixable and that's appreciated big time with a building project. Standout team. Our house was installed on site in Jan 23 and we are still battling with connections (but that's nothing to do with Elite Portables) and hope to be enjoying our little haven soon. Building by this method was affordable & E A S Y!
