Cheap as Chips

Bought a dark blue blanket with a price tag of $59.00. Was disappointed with the presentation as it was tied up with a bit of string. Not folded, just screwed up in a ball. It was the colour I needed and the only one, with the others being a pale blue. Approached the manager to ask for a discount and was promptly refused. Not happy.

Good shop with helpful staff but, it's very cluttered to get around and find what you are looking for.

Good prices, quality is often not the best and stock of the same items let's them down.

Says shut at 6:30 go there at 5:30 lady quickly closes door and locks it on me and says it’s shut

Not really cheap items anymore dearer than at normal department stores infact for many items and seem to stock a lot of useless badly made items such a shame used to shop here all the time

I have visited this store on numerous occasions without any reasons for giving an adverse opinion..However of late there has been times in which I have found reasons of concern. These seem to be since a particular member of staff appears to have been added and gives the impession that she could indeed be the manager of this store in Evanston.I have found that the attitude towards to her staff has been over abrupt and not a good look for customers.There has been times in certain areas that items and equipment being left in places that has prevented free viewing of items on display, plus it makes it very difficult for customers that have to use aids to assist them getting around.The main areas of concern are those to the left of the store on entry where stock always seems to be at the maximum. Sometimes these things could be a safety concern and should be avoided.I would point out that in the main the staff overall are helpfull and hard working.I trust that this is looked at in the way that it is intended.RegardsA concerned customer
