I was very happy with the service provided by All Things Tech, Im not very computer literate but the young man who attended to my issue was incredibly patient and took the time to explain my issue and now I feel confident enough to attempt to sort things out myself next time. But if I do need help again I know who to call. Thank you again Stephen.

I had some major issues with my Home Office technology and contacted All things Tech. They responded within 10 minutes and proceeded to Team view and fixed my major computer issues and discovered several other issues and promptly dealth with them. I was super impressed that they called back the next day to check if everything was working well and advised that I could call them anytime if required if any more problems, and they would fix it for no additional charge. Great service and value, Highly recommended!

Wreckless, unprofessional, aggressive and goes about his job as if you are a ghost and that he is the only person in the room. Socially, he is very unequipped and ignorant. He does not explain things in order to feel confident in what he is doing. I asked him to save the recent files on my PDF and he deleted them all in confidence it would be restored. He then attempted to restore the files and they weren't there. I was slightly annoyed and mentioned We can't afford to be apathetic with this. He Walked out on the job at that instant. Obviously he cannot cope with criticism and is just to apathetic
