I have been going to Amy for a few years now and every time I love my hair after! She always understands exactly what I'm after and does an amazing job of colouring and cutting. I highly recommend :)

First up, this studio is aesthetically beautiful! No denying that. New to Perth, this is pretty much why I decided to book here. I had been growing out my old colour for over a year and was looking forward to a fresh start. I booked a full head balayage with Renee. I can't comment on the other stylists (I'm sure they are great) but Renee was simply awful. I have never been to a hair appointment where a consultation was non-existent. I had to stop her before mixing up colour to ensure we were on the same page. Creamy blonde? Okay cool, we're good (I think?). And I guess balayage is self-explanatory? ... so I left her to do her thing. I would have tolerated her standoffish demeanour if the results had been on point. Both were terrible. I was left with a full head of foils from the roots (not balayage) that were incorrectly processed and therefore brassy. A week later, Milly popped a toner on, which did the trick for a bit but now I'm back to my brassy hair and $400 poorer haha. For the record, Milly's personality was lovely!

Booked a first appointment with high expectations and looking forward to a relaxing afternoon. I could not have been more disappointed.The receptionist had booked me in for the incorrect service and the stylist told me I wouldn't be able to have what I wanted done due to the lack of time. I was made to feel like the error was mine despite having my appointment request in writing in an email.I was shown a complete disrespect at the waste of my time, the owner who overheard our conversation wasn't even bothered to get involved to apologise or help rectify the situation.I ended up walking out and will not be back.I am unsurprised by Amy's ignorant response below as she did not take the time to even speak with me.I have not had a full head of foils in the 20 years I have been having my hair professionally coloured. I am therefore am not 'unsure of what to ask for'. I simply wanted my re-growth coloured, face framing foils and a hair cut. The stylist told me 'I was only booked in for face framing foils' and a reschedule was not even offered nor a sincere apology which would have sufficed.To then state that you want people leaving the salon 'feeling their best' is laughable, not only did I feel terrible leaving your salon, your condescending reply to my review has made me feel worse.
