Seal-A-Fridge

Very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. Refused my job request to replace fridge seal without even giving an explanation.Was able to find the exact fridge seal replacement from a supplier with an easy google search. Had it ordered and paid for within minutes.Very unfortunate seal-a-fridge could not be bothered to do the same that I would have very happily paid them for.

The guy came to put the door back in alignment in order for the door to seal properly. He was polite and professional, but he managed to snap off the head of one of the door bolts. He said that there are another two holding it and that should be sufficient. He did offer to drill another hole in the door and use a self tapering screw or bolt, but it may not be so good doing that. I said to leave it. I understand mistakes happen, but I think some sort of discount should have been given, since we paid $140 just to have the door aligned, and have one bolt head broken.

Really pleased with the service today. Deb in the office gave a time frame for the call and Keeghan arrived early after a call confirming it was convenient.The work was excellent and carried out in a very professional manner. Has increased the life of my fridge so I’m happy. Great company. Very knowledgeable about their service.Would recommend this company.

My 10+ yr old fridge had not been sealing properly, door seals replaced under 2 years ago. I called Seal-A-fridge, It only took one look for the rep to identify that cracks in the door plastic were the problem. My fridge is now sealing closed as well as it did when I first purchased it. Professional, efficient service, I highly recommend Seal-A-Fridge Brisbane North & Ipswich.

They destroyed my fridge....During a phone call to Michael, he was condescending and laughed at me because l had said that l paid them $390 to physically destroy my fridge freezer....An absolutely horrible experience dealing with this disgraceful franchisee. I will keep posting about this business whenever l have the opportunity......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Highly recommend these guys. I phoned this morning to enquire, was given a quote then a couple of hours later Keegan was here to do the job. He was professional, helpful and done a great job. I’ll won’t hesitate to use seal-a-fridge again

Keeghan did such a good job repairing my fridge, lovely guy, and we had a great chat while he was working. He even helped me to find a replacement part I'd been looking for for months. Really happy with the outcome, would recommend and use again :)

We were charged $700 for 3 seals and then were left with 2 bins full of rubbish (we cannot even close the lid on one), when I called about this I was told that the company does not take rubbish with them. We now have to take our own rubbish somewhere else until next week. The work itself was done well.

From the moment I called I was happy with the service. The lady on the phone was direct and able to book me in the next day with an accurate quote.I was given an approximate time and when they new they would be a bit late they rang me and kept me informed.Keeghan the tech was just awesome. I had the most delightful experience with this company following issues with the seal on my fridge. From the time the request was made Deb the owner/receptionist took my inquiry then a short while later called me back to confirm the job time.Keegan arrived on time and with a extremely professional and friendly attitude, attended to the job that was required in a timely manor.Keegan checked all doors on my French door fridge and freezer to ensure all were in proper working order.The job was finished and payment was made with the amount that I was quoted over the phone.I would have no hesitation in recommending this service.
