I've bought from Spatz a few times now and I'm never disappointed! Their designs are lovely and the quality of thier products are very high. I've given their blankets as baby shower gifts and I've been told many times that it is their favourite blanket to use because it is so soft and durable. Postage is quick too and if you pay the fee to have a rush order, they make sure it's dispatched super quick. Highly recommend purchasing from this business! Will be a returning customer! ❤️

DO NOT, buy from this company, my daughter purchased a wrap that is clearly white on line and when received it was mauve, when issue was raised, they were rude and refused to do anything, and the so called matching" headband was white"

Do not purchase from here. Seriously unreasonable processing times, long shipping times. They won’t let you cancel after a really long time of waiting. I’m letting PayPal take over to get a refund! Avoid at all costs!

Well as 0 stars is not an option I’ll just have to do a 1 star!I think it’s appalling how you treat unsatisfied customers, not only did you send out the wrong thing you even blocked me when you were questioned about why we received a purple wrap with a white headband when we ordered a white wrap with a white headband, you proceeded to blame it on us and even lie and tell us that No it’s a purple wrap, we have shown multiple people including other companies and they have said that your photo online clearly shows a white wrap! The fact you are in the wrong but are blaming us then even blocked us is disgusting! For something so expensive and for expecting mothers you’d expect to receive what was ordered! As you chose to block me from messaging you I’ve decided to write this so other expecting mothers don’t buy from here as you clearly can take responsibility and should not have a business

I ordered a baby present: a personalised Onsie and Blanket package.When it arrived it was of poor quality (for high cost). The personalised print was damaged where the article had been folded for packaging. This indicated a poor quality print used. Naturally baby clothes will require repeated washing and this present its unlikely to last through one washing load!I am embarrassed to give it as a gift.Secondly, when I approached the company their response was This is quite standard for these types of prints. Neither refund nor replacement is warranted".I will not be using this company again."

I rated 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option.I placed an order from the design on their website. When I received my order almost 3 weeks later, the design was different to the website.I was told by Jodie as per the terms & conditions they could change the design. I sent another email which was replied by Joshua Cooper advising they would not send what I had ordered.I contacted Fair Trading to resolve the matter. I returned the order and still haven’t received a refund or an email showing the refund has been issued.Only order something with this company if you want to be stuffed around & ripped off

I am SO happy with my purchases.To be able to personalise a gift for my granddaughter who has a wonderfully unique name was great. The blanket was so soft she immediately rolled it around herself and snuggled in.I know this gift will be loved for many years to come

Placed an order on 21st December. Item still in “Printing Phase” they won’t cancel the order either as I tried on 6th Jan. It’s now 17th Jan - still hasn’t been made or posted. Recommend not going through this company as it’s a terribly long time to wait for a pet ID tag.

Very impressed with SPATZ Mini Peeps, customer service was amazing they went above and beyond & both the products l received were exactly what l ordered. I will definitely be using them again & recommending them to all my friends. Thanks so much

Customer service is appalling. When I didn’t receive order waiting a further 2 weeks, sent emails with no response. A little research and found the location of the warehouse/ office. Well I was told “we don’t deal with customers face to face - leave and send email”…. Was eventually told order was to arrive in the warehouse that afternoon or the next. Perfect I will collect as I needed orders for Christmas and they were cutting it fine. Response again “ lady I don’t deal with customers”. After that day order took a further 2 weeks to arrive. Sure everyone has delays this time of the year BUT I can’t get over the lack of customer support and empathy. Product was OK but considering the huge price I would not return as a customer.
