Spoke to Chris about a potential rental my family and I will were interested in. She was extremely rude to me and unhelpful. After reading other reviews it seems she often lets the Laing and Simmons team down. Maybe she favours buyers and treats potential renters like rubbish.Will not be recommending her to anyone, she has ruined this experience for me. Will look at going with another company now

looking at moving in to the area from five hours away, rent for a year before buying a block of land.Rental property appeared, put an application in six days ago, after five follow ups managed to finally get on the phone to Chris. Was told We aren't taking applications for that property any more" before I had a chance to say we did have an application
