Could not fault anything. From booking the appointment, through reminders and the the very pleasant reception staff to the seeing the doctor , it was all very timely and efficient. Not to mention one of the nicest, most caring doctors I have experienced on this the third visit.

Dr Erica Jones and the 2 nurses we saw today are incredible. Wouldn’t want to take my twin baby girls anywhere else for their needles and ongoing care. Dr Jones was also my grandmothers doctor through her life and end of life care and has always been so thorough, thoughtful and professional no matter how difficult the consultations are.

Have been going to General practice for years and the doctors across the clinics are amazing!My regular doctor, Dr Amanda Lo at Stoke Street is amazing! She's so compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable. She's just so lovely and honestly everything you want in a GP. I infinitely recommend her!

Great practice with friendly staff and doctors and very relaxing atmosphere.Dr Hoda was extremely thorough during my first ever appointment with her regarding a lower back injury. She's a great listener, doesn't skip through any details and genuinely tries to help you. She is also very informative, the explanation and conclusion made me feel I've been seen to by a real professional.Dr Hoda also spoke highly of all the doctors in the practice and I am very pleased to have her as my regular GP after coming back to Tasmania. If you seek a doctor with attention to detail, genuine care and professional help, I would totally recommend this practice.
