Great service

Attention to detail is the first thing that comes to mind when writing this review. From first contact to installation of the the doors and screens I could not find fault if I tried to. And they stand by their measurements unlike another door and glass company in the area. The fitting of products was done at the prearranged day and time and they were very professional whilst at my house. I highly recommend this company to anyone who doesn't like to be mucked around!!

A rough start with some poor customer service from a staff member who is no longer employed by the company. However since expressing my frustration and anger for my experience I was very impressed with owner David who went on the front foot making contact with me several times apologizing for the service I was given stating that the person in question was being delt with, and offering to complete the job at a discounted price. Price not being the issue, I eventually decided to give him a go and was very satisfied with the efforts made and the final job.As a result of David's efforts which I thought was first class, and Gavin's work, I happily rate them a 5.
