I recently completed my certificate here, I found that upon enquiring about the course no information was given I was just handed forms to sign and pay. I done 3 hours of theory and given a practice doll to take home even after me telling the trainer I don't think I can do it as my hands are unsteady and she could see my application was not ok, she pretended that is was ok and sent me on my way, the next day I turned up nervous as I had a practice client who I was not ok with applying lashes to because I lacked the skills, Linda tried to show me but I simply did not have the skills although she tried to stay positive. It was clear I was not competent but was still awarded the qualification and charged $1200 for something that I am not competent in. I understand businesses need to make money but this business awarded me a qualification that I was not competent in. The money they made was clearly the only factor in this equation. I am sad and ashamed that both our time and my money has been given away like this.
