I have been going to F45 Woodville for nearly 4 years now and couldn’t see myself going anywhere else. You get a great workout every time and the trainers push you to achieve the results you want. It’s more than a gym, it’s an amazing community!

Since my accident 15 months ago, I have struggled to find the motivation to get back to exercise. I’m so happy I found F45 Woodville. It’s been easier than I thought to create a healthier routine, and I thank the crew and the dynamic they use, which makes it so effective and so much fun. It’s great to feel you belong to a community while improving your lifestyle.

Been training here for 2.5 years now and love it. Bang for your buck and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone with a busy lifestyle or not interested in the standard gym anymore. Very Convenient and addictive

F45 Woodville, is a warm, supportive and lively community! Members embrace each other and work together to smash out awesome workouts. Every trainer is bubbly, friendly and extremely understanding - always wanting to encourage, challenge and support you to achieve your goals!

Could not reccomend the F45 Woody Studio enough. Pete, Hilly and the team are just amazing! They make you feel so welcome like you are part of the family. If there was an option for 100 ⭐️ this is what I would rate them.
