My bike has got a missing bolt on the frame, it’s been rattling since. I came up to Giant city shop. Matt has been patiently searching for a while until it’s been found the same one. After it’s been installed, the rattling has gone. I really appreciate his skill and professionalism. I would definitely recommend and will pay my visit soon.

The team at Giant are quite possibly the best bike shop I have ever worked with (over the last 20 years). Friendly, patient, knowledgeable and don't gouge you. We spent a LOT of time getting to the bottom of a not-so obvious problem on my e-bike and we eventually got it sorted. An awesome bunch of blokes selling and servicing great products!

Staffs are very helpful from calling the store before i head into the store, provided me all the information I needed before I finalise my purchase, actual purchase and until I picked up my order (after bike has been built by Giant Sydneys mechanic). Satisfied customer.
