Visited as a uber driver,,,, rude behaviour staff specially indian guy who was on reception. Unprofessionall ,nonsense.. he misbehaved me as much as he could.if you wanna to heart yourself then visit..never recommend

I live around the corner from Waterford Plaza, have passed Pasta Cup many times and thought why would I but take away pasta - I can cook it myself easily".How wrong was I - the pastas are superb

No idea why the portion was so off but the family sized pasta this evening ($32) was barely enough to feed us - 2 women and a toddler. Also, we had Atlantic Salmon and they used olives instead of capers and didn't even bother to tell us or ask us if we'd prefer something else. I love pasta cup won't be going back to the Karawara store.

Excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted by employee, order was taken and seated was maybe 8 minutes. Pasta was served hot and excellent taste...preferable place to get delicious pastas..

Hi guys, I am here not to defame this Pastacup foodchain Outlets but especially this Waterford Karawara Pastacup outlet by sharing my personal experience.I have had a great experience with pastacups with other outlets located in different suburbs but i did not knew all of them would serve with the same passion as it is very expensive so i always had a very high expectations. Recently I ordered Meatball pasta from PASTACUP KARAWARA online for my daughter. Packing was very good and 5 stars for that. Me and my daughter both shared the pasta as she asked me to taste but i was not interested as i already had my food before ordering. Just after having that my daughter and me started vomiting after 2-3 hours and it continued all that night. next day we went to the doctor and she diagnosed us with food poisoning. This is not the first time . Then after I came here and watched the reviews and then I got to know that how this PASTACUP KARAWARA is playing with the life of we australians .SAD SAD SAD . Negative star from me if there was any option. ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! - ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.THANK ME LATER.

Visited last night with family, food was great and nothing was dry, it was all fresh and great tasting. The service was quick and the staff were very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Not sure what all the hype was about, we asked for gnocchi and we got a mix match of different pastas, more sauce than pasta, and found a few hairs in there. Lot of communication issues in taking our order. Taste was ok but there was a lack of care and quality.
