Super fast. Top notch customer service.Went to get my battery checked and it had to be replaced. They immediately organised a replacement which was completed within 2 working days under warranty.I will absolutely recommend them.I also decided to get my brake pads changed which they did within 20 mins. Super fastSuper happy will come back for any future repairs.

I have a couple cars been serviced in Auburn Good Year Mechanic workshop for more than 10 years. I am very happy with their service. My cars are always in good working conditions after service. I give 5 stars rate because of good communication, solid mechanic skills, trust and peace of mind on service my cars in this workshop. Came in to get my punctured tyre repaired and the staff member came right to my car as I parked. Looked at the puncture, quoted me and then repaired the puncture immediately. I was in and out in a flash and with minimum fuss. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

It's a shame shops like over charge for things. I rang in for a quote for tyres which i got and already know around rough price is $330-$370. This shop said $500 I had to ask him again if it's right $500. I know when shops are scammmers and this shop should not get any customers for them being the way they are.

I needed an urgent puncture repair on my rear tyre. After visiting a competitor down the road and being told it couldn't be done then and there, I called Goodyear Autocare Auburn and was told it could be done asap. The gentleman that did it for me was very helpful and had great customer service. I feel more taken care of than I ever would've been at their competitors. Highly recommend, plus location is right next to the M4.
