Gary was the first person to respond to my request for a quote amongst several companies, he was very easy to deal with, professional and not pushy at all - in fact he insisted I take my time to consider the quote to make sure it's right for me. He assisted me with selecting 3 Split systems, helped with interest free financing and was very responsive. The installer Lewis was also great, extremely hard working guy who is polite, helpful and worked flat out to install 3 split systems by himself in a day. Great experience

Gary did everything he said he would from the sale to organize installation with Mick and his team. The installation of my 9.5kW Mitsubishi Split system was done on time and the install team were great to deal with and fast. I wont hesitate to call them again for our next system.

Gary was very quick to quote. Talked through different options and gave his opinion on what was best value for our purpose (not the most expensive!). From the quote for a replacement AC to install was less than a week. Matt and Reece did the install. They were polite, kind and efficient. Will definitely be recommending them!

Gary replied quickly by phone contact and organised work to be done promptly in the first week of January,2023. Qualified installer, Luis completed the work on the day. He is skilled and completed work to a high standard. He also communicated well. The cost was reasonable and as expected. We contacted GlobalRez through an online enquiry in early 2023. Within five minutes of submitting my online enquiry, I received a phone call from Gary with the admin team and spoke at length for the appropriate system for my home. Gary gave me sound advice in regards to a new ducted system, and suggested a Mitsubishi Electric system over a Daikin system, (initial plan) which was at a lower price-point with similar specs.From there, Gary provided some more information about the airtouch 5 system that allows us to individually control the temperature and fan speed of our zones. We decided to install this system with our ducted system allowing us to minimise our energy consumption while the system is in use. We then met with Ash who did a site inspection and explained to us exactly where our outlets, sensors and air returns would be placed.Our installation was completed within two weeks of speaking with Gary about our enquiry. The installation team of David, Heath, Logan and T completed our installation in a timely manner, and were also very knowledgeable and tidy. We can't recommend GlobalRez enough and will continue to use their services in the future.

Our experience with Matt and his team was outstanding. From the quote to installation and handover. The guys were respectful and professional. They were on time and worked incredibly hard to make sure they provided the customer exactly what they wanted. All the guys including Gary from sales, Matt who came to do the quote and final inspection of the job were great. Couldnt reccomend this company enough great job to all the team involved. The air touch 5 was an exceptional way to finish it all off connecting to your phone for individual zone thermal control making it worth every cent extra.

We again contacted Gary@GlobalRez as a returning customer because dealing with them from purchase to install they were excellent. Their quote was as always very competitive and we went ahead with the purchase/install. Within a few days Shane the techo was back to remove our old A/C and install a new Samsung split A/C. From the first call to Gary i knew they would be good - and they were!We had three other quotes which were either way over priced by a few thousand dollars, took 2 weeks to just get the quote with follow-up calls or quoted the wrong type of system.Gary provided a firm quote over the phone which was very reasonable and did not change once complete. The installers, Matt and Matt with their team of fellow installers were very good, fast and polite. Cleaned up everything afterwards and are highly recommended.Had a small issue with the return air duct and this was booked in for a return visit, replaced as promised and followed up to make sure everything was OK.You can always gauge a company on how well they fix any issues and Globalrez passed with flying colours.Don't bother using anyone else, these guys deliver what they promise and offer the best pricing.
