I wish we” d used them in the past instead of writing off hard earned labour & materials. Like anyone we were dubious at first but within a month we knew the choice was worth the effort.

SCAM!!! CAN ABSOLUTELY CONFIRM THAT THIS ORGANISATION IS AN ABOLUTE SCAM!!! DO NOT under any circumstances give them ANY INFORMATION!! They ALWAYS call from a NO ID number!!It is HIGHLY RECOMENDED to hang up and DO NOT engage with this SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Six months and not a single dollar recovered, I’ve now been paid more since contacting the debtor myself.Would not recommendIf only you put as much effort into recovering debt as you do to get people to sign up to your service, phone calls daily with all the promises under the sun, once you’re signed up you won’t hear from them again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is the worst service of any kind that we have engaged in 10+ years of operating a business and engaging with hundreds of customers and suppliers.I called multiple times and requested call backs or emails to give updates on how the debt chasing was proceeding. I received none.When I did call, each time I was given the same story about not being able to contact the debtor, no solution was offered but the payments were still debited.This service was a complete waste of time and money. A one star rating is one star more than I would like to give.

If only I could give them 0/5 stars. I made an enquiry regarding some debt collection and then they would call me almost everyday until I signed up. As soon as I signed up there was nothing, I contacted them weeks later after submitted my forms for the debt collection and they said there is nothing they can do, all they can do is a send a letter. I literally feel like I’ve been scammed $500 by these solicitors that can literally do no more than the general public. I asked for a refund but was not approved.
