Spotless Glass

I have exactly the same experience as Mike Wilkins above. I have seven skylights on my build, all have failed and Spotless don't want to know anything about it - even though they installed it.I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere!

Spotless supplied and installed 5 sizeable double glazed skylights at our new build house after the plumber had finished the roof .Spotless did not flash/waterproof the skylights .The seals failed after about a year allowing argon gas out and water in .Spotless say plumber should have done the flashing.Plumber says supply and instal by skylight installer including flashing is the industry standard , moreover having completed the roof how was he to know it hadn’t been done .Skylight Industry Assoc Code of Practice says it’s the installer’s responsibility to flash and water test .There has been a brick wall approach from Spotless and a lack of customer service for the last 3 years .I recommend you look elsewhere for someone with a track record of good reviews.
