JUMP! Swim Schools Caroline Springs

I m chasing them for over 2 weeks now to stop the deduction of swimming classes amount as we decided not to send our child there. We have not utilised a single class there and informed after the first booking that we don’t want to continue. Each time I need to repeat the whole story to the receptionist and they assure it will be resolved right away. But nothing got done and today again amount was deducted.Very poor management and service, avoid if possible

Recently let down by the services and debited issue from this centre. The centre needs to work better. Saying classes get cancelled more frequently but we are still getting charged as usual. Even on public holiday they said they wont charged but the money still drawing from your account. If u didnt check they wont refund or credit to your next class. Which i found so suspicious and irresponsible.

The teachers and trainers are really nice and dedicate with their work toward my child. However the system seemed to be very bad as they keep charging u eventho they cancelled the classes. Instead of refund your money they will give u option to choose different classes but sometimes that make up classes get cancelled as well. Cannot keep going I have to terminating my child’s swimming class in here but they still charging us after we have cancelled the service. Very dodgy system. I cant remember how many times I have to ask them to credit and refund my money.

Terrible swim school. Don't send your child here. My son was enrolled for 4 weeks and they cancelled 3 times within an hour and a half of his lesson due to 'staff shortage'I got him in somewhere else thank goodness and was told MANY people have left JUMPS due to the same reason.

Unfortunately the worse.best people and best follow up until you register and set up direct debit, after that if you miss a lesson the make up lessons has expiry and practically you will never able to do them before expiry.my daughter been sick makeup lessons expired, cancelled the enrollment but they continued taking money.scammers attitude unfortunately

Hard to recommend. They will cancel your sessions with minimal notice and frequently. In one month we had 3 cancellations - But they’ll continue to charge you and want you to utilise the make up class booking system which isn’t really practical or fair. The actual facility is just ok but very cramped when busy. Pool size is maybe 15m so okay for young children until perhaps 7-8yo then you’d want a better facility. They don’t communicate or update any progress on your child’s swimming ability so you have no idea what level they’re achieving. I would recommend seeking other places before settling on this one.Update: we moved to a well known recently built facility in Brimbank and have never regretted the decision to do so.

Really had a terrible experience with this centre. Poor management, lack of communication and absolutely no care to clients. My son’s classes were regularly cancelled apparently due to staff shortage. However, they still accepted new enrollmentseven with this problem! To top it off, one of his class was cancelled WITHOUT any notice. He showed up only to find out it was cancelled. No apologies from the management whatsoever if I didn’t reach out first!! I pulled him out of the centre and now four weeks later I found out that they are still getting direct debit payments from my account weeks after cancellation of his enrollment. Looks like they couldn’t get their systems right. Would not recommend this centre at all! Also not a fan of their way of teaching, one female teacher yelled at the kids as they couldn’t stay still at the platform. Not a very good experience for the young kids as well.

My son just started here for swimming and gymnastics in January. Since starting he has only been able to attend one swimming session, every other session was cancelled 30-60 minutes prior to the lesson starting.They have now just cancelled his entire time slot due to low staff". Leaving us with multiple "make up sessions" and paid up until end of February.They have no early mornings swim sessions available yet are constantly advertising them.My son now has to sit on a "wait list" for another swimming spot to become available to him

I totally agreed with Bailey and Astrid below. We have make up classes that we are not able to book a timeslot. And one of the make up classes are due to the instructor in isolation. When I am able to book the make up classes, they rang and say they are short staff and have to cancel (3 cancellations all together) and they are not willing to give weekend slots for make up classes. The staff will just advised to put on waiting list and seems like you are not going to get any make up class forever. Unfortunately, I am not able to get the refund back for the classes that were missed. The email responses are slow. I have now move my daughter to a much better swim school. Better management and more fair service to the customer. If you are to pay a monthly fee, don't bother enrolling with Jump CS, you will not get your makeup class if you cannot attend your usual timeslot and of course no money back. The company just take your money even the cause of cancellation are due to their staff. If they take one lesson payment, then maybe it's okay. But I will never go back and when school parents asked about swimming lesson, I advised them not to choose Jump CS. Not worth paying the money!
